Little bit of it all this week!

This week was a little crazy! In all aspects.

Good things:

We found a ton of people this week! and lots of really good investigators! That 3 of them went to church and have a baptismal date. 

Plus 1 other that was going to be baptized yesterday but some things happened... TBC...

But he still went to church and has fecha for Saturday! 

1 of these news we found the last sunday and found out that her dad died a little bit ago, wants to feel closer to God, and that her 2 best friends are members of the church!! yeah!! And so she came this week! 

The other one we found on saturday 2 days ago! and she was basically waiting for us to come knock on her door and invite her to come to church. because when she came out, she had a big smile on her face, and a bunch of questions! one of them being, Can I go to your church eventhough im catholic?... and well she came but she didnt come alone she came with her aunt who is also very interessted in the church and learning more! 

And something new that we do now is when news come to church we give them a little tour and we pass by the baptismal font and we put them with a date to be baptized and with the 3 news that came we went 3/3!! For the 17th of feb! 

Not so good things:...

TBC... Well we have a gator, Diego, that was going to be baptized sunday before church. 

Everything all good saturday planning everything with him for the next day. 

But our ward mission leader didnt really like the idea. So he went to his house and told him that he couldnt be baptized til the next week and changed his date. Then when we went to got get the keys to clean the font. We were informed... and well at that piont you cant do much but call and tell him that he cant do that. But we got a visit from out president sunday and had a meeting with us, the mission leader, bishop, and a member of the stake prez. and well now all is well! :) All on the same page :) 

We went to the temple today. looking really good!

A hike too! Looking at some huge fish!

4th Quarter...

Well at this point in the game it doesn't really matter what you did for the first 3 quarters. What really matters is how you finish the game. And everyone knows that in any game the 4th quarter is the most important because anything can happen. We've all seen amazing comebacks and stories in history. You just have to be focused on the prize. Then make the plans to do it. Then go and get it and put in everything that you have. And make History. So that one day you can look back and tell the truth while you say I gave it my all. 

This was great week! 

But there was one moment that stood above the rest. I was in an intercambio in Esmeralda with Elder Huyter, and we taught a lady that is deaf and mute. And it was a very powerful lesson! And well with the little sign language that I know with elder Huyter we were able to teach her! And well now she will be baptized :) 

Another day. Elder Bierman, Miller and I went to the whole Zone to put people with a baptismal date! And it was fun! 

My comp likes to mess with me in my prayers haha

Good Week!

Wow This was a great week! 

Lots and lots of work done in a little bit of time! 

So with Elder Bierman this week we only had 4 days to work, cuz he was trained to be a new leader and we had leadership counsel and Sunday I had to take a trip to Chillan to pick up my passport! :) 

But with all that we still got 3 people to church, 3 with a baptismal date, 8 news, and 48 lessons!!¡¡

We worked so hard that Saturday at night when we knelt down to pray together in the middle of our compañionship prayer we both feel asleep and woke up at like 3 in the morning still on our knees... haha 

Something cool that we are now starting to use is the picture of the temple in our contacts and it works really well! :)

Cambios!!

Well the time in Hualpencillo was short but very very good!

But my time came to go at the same time as my comp. And they closed our sector down to just 2 elders.

Elder Tobar is going to Penco for a whitewash.

But luckily I'm not going to far! Just one ward Over en Bio Bio! Still in Hualpen Stake! 

But Now my comp is Elder Bierman! From Salt Lake City! 

It's going to be a blast!! This next cambio!! 

This week was awesome too! We had 2 people in church and now both have dates! For the water! Sunday was a little interesting cuz president said I had to go to Bio bio to see how it is and well it was fun! 

Lost my phone on the bus and had to go get it and while we were waiting well... haha 

Intercambio with Elder Liwanag from the Philanpines! Cooks really good!! like really good!!

¡¡¡¡¡Feliz Año Nuevo!!!! 2018!!!!

Wow!! It's so crazy how fast this whole year passed by!

I feel like it was about 2 days ago when we were in 2017! ;) haha 

But for real it passed by very very very quickly! 

Also this week was a very good week! :) 

We had a record breaking week in the sector, in the zone, and in the Mission! 

In our sector we had 47 lessons taught, in the zone 300! and in the mission we had 78 baptisms to finish off the year!! 

We have this new investigator that we found that well her sister died about 1 month ago. who was a member really stong in the church. So we taught Plan of Salvation (that was a powerful lesson), then she came to church and now has a baptismal date for the 20th! Yeah! And her name is Natalia! :) 

All yesterday we played soccer too! It was pretty fun! :) 

Dinner! With 2 investigators! We watched the Restoration movie! :)
